I placed my first Lush Kitchen subscription box order on March 5, 2020...I have yet to receive my box and have already been charged for the subsequent boxes after the first initial order. I contacted customer service and they stated that boxes get to us (NA) in about 10-14 business days. It has been over a month and they state that they have to wait a specific time frame in order to deem it lost. Don't want to rant but this has been the worst experience with Lush ever...I have never ordered anything from Lush Kitchen and I was so excited...but I mean I've been charged over $70 USD for each of the boxes and have nothing to show for it. Am I overreacting? 

 

I'm honestly frustrated and sad.

It just sounds like CS is following protocol. It has happened to me before that i got charged before the next box arrives and i live in Europe. Patience is a virtue, especially in pandemic times where post offices are still overworked.
